"When we first met up with Silke to discuss our phtotoshoot, we had all sorts of ideas and lots of creativity going. Silke was very good a talking through our brand story with us, and understanding more deeply how to tell our story, what we do, and most important, translating this into images. She really helped us to focus on a few core image stories, that we develop into different photo layouts on the day of the photoshoot. Silke's strength really is harnessing creative ideas into concrete brand building and images that the a story.
We were really impressed with Silke's dedication to scouting locations for us, and being flexible with timing of the photoshoot. Working with Silke felt very much like teamwork. Silke was also clear in her direction during the photoshoot, which we appreciated very much.
We now have some really fantastic photos which we are using on social media, and for our various brand messaging campaigns. Thank you!"

Color overload alert! This was such a fun project to work on. When Lara and Corinna approached me they were not happy about the perception of their brand, as they were often mistaken for florists. But what they really do is so much more: they provide a platform for florists and other local artisans to sell their products. And that was exactly what we needed to translate into the imagery.
We wanted to showcase their procedure of selective scouting as well as the love they have for each customer and therefore came up with three locations: my home studio, Bras Lion Distillery, and the aisles of Keong Saik Road.
To convert my studio into "their office", Lara and Corinna went all out and literally flooded my studio with flowers and beautifully styled bouquets. These compositions were all about working together, evaluating the bouquets, nurturing artistry or just two friends enjoying themselves while sending off little boxes of happiness. On top we did plenty of flat lays and product shots to show the variety of their portfolio.
Next stop was Keong Saik Road. I just love the vibes there and from a photographers view, this little area provides everything you need, from colourful doors to stylish aisles. It was just a quick thing but I wished we could have stayed a bit longer for a sundowner.
Off we went to Bras Lion Distillery. In case you have never been there, grab a friend and go! Stunning interior mixed with very yummy gin cocktails. But I am getting off topic. Bras Lion was all about showing the process of scouting and the love for the products. But of course while being there we couldn't resist some more product shots. Lucky for us, their marketing manager had great pleasure in helping us with styling the scenes.
